Form Manager

The Form Manager is the central administration facility for a form.suite4.net project. Here you set global project options, arrange project elements in logical Groups (which will be reflected as namespaces in the generated code), add forms to Groups and controls to forms, and assign business classes to forms. Information pertaining to the selected item in the Project Explorer is displayed in a detailed view on the right for a quick overview of the project and its elements.

Some of the features available in the Form Manager are:

• Forms can have business classes assigned to them. For more information see Working With Business Classes.
• All the controls contained in a selected form are displayed hierarchically and can be examined at a glance.
• Forms and controls can be imported (into Groups only) from other form.suite4.net projects.
• Supports drag and drop of controls or entire containers onto other forms from the grid view below the Form Details pane.
• A preview of any form can be displayed with a single click.
• Copying and pasting of forms is supported.
